Тупой чувак какой-то, не знает про таймзоны, митинги в в 8.30 утра (гы-гы!), наверное, менеджер

Мне неизвестна проблема time zone uncertainty, мне казалось что все уже давно научились всегда говорить время с таймзоной и переключать свои компьютеры
