Да я сам телеком-инженер, чего уж там (академический, правда). Может, досточтимый сенатор Стивентс скоро расскажет нам про шенноновскую пропускную способность интернетных труб? Или, о Ктулху, откроет folk-версию теоремы Слепиана-Вольфа?
